2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To provide a clear estimate of when your order will arrive, please refer to the following schedule:
- Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
- Order Processing Time (Handling): 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time (Shipping): 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your jewelry has been dispatched, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique Track & Trace number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
4. Shipping Address & Redirects
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, or if your tracking information shows no updates for more than 4 business days, please contact us at support@blizzm.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure you receive your items or a full refund.
