3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives broken or defective, please contact us immediately at support@blizzm.shop with a photo of the damage. We will prioritize your case and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests made within this timeframe before the order is processed and dispatched.
