1-Year Warranty on All Jewelry

At Blizzm, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry built to last. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, all of our jewelry items include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects so you can wear your jewelry with confidence.

This warranty applies to customers in both the United Kingdom and the United States.

What’s Included in the Warranty?

  • Manufacturing Defects: We cover craftsmanship flaws such as broken clasps, detached stones, or structural issues under normal use.
  • Repair or Replacement: If an eligible issue is found, we will repair or replace your item at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered?

  • General Wear and Tear: Scratches, fading, and other signs of regular use are not covered.
  • Improper Care: Damage due to chemicals, water exposure, accidents, or misuse is not included.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot cover items that are lost or stolen.

How to File a Warranty Claim
